模具設計由經(jīng)歷設計階段向理論計算和計算器輔佐設計方向開展，技能廣泛用于制模業(yè)，使模具結構更趨科學合理，大大進步了模具加工模具加工精度，縮短了模具設計加工周期，減少了產(chǎn)品開發(fā)時刻。

1.跟著暖流道技能的開展，暖流道模具在塑料模具中的份額將逐步進步。由于選用暖流道技能的模具能夠進步制件的率和質量，并能大幅度節(jié)省制件的原材料，因而，暖流道技能在國外開展很快，現(xiàn)已非常普遍。

2.跟著塑料成型工藝的不斷改進與開展，氣輔模具及習慣高壓打針成型等工藝的模具將隨之開展。塑料件的精度分尺度精度、幾何精度和外觀精度（即光澤、色彩等）3種，為了能夠到達這些精度，將持續(xù)研討高壓打針成型工藝與模具以及打針壓縮成型工藝與模具。在打針成型中，影響成型精度的*大要素是成型縮短，高壓打針成型可減小樹脂縮短率，添加塑料尺度的穩(wěn)定性。模具要求剛性好、耐壓高，特別是精細模具的型腔應淬火，澆口密封性要好，模溫應精確操控。氣體輔佐成型技能已比較成熟，它能改進塑件的內涵和外觀質量，具有打針壓力低、制品變形小和易于成型壁厚差異較大的制品等長處，并且能夠節(jié)省原料及進步制件率，從而大幅度降低成本。氣輔模具在我國已出現(xiàn)，并取得杰出作用。

It has the advantages of low injection pressure, small deformation and easy to form products with large wall thickness differences. It can also save raw materials and improve the productivity of parts, thus greatly reducing costs. Gas assisted mold has appeared in China and has played an outstanding role.
3.跟著車輛和電機等產(chǎn)品向輕量化開展，壓鑄模的份額將不斷上升，一起對壓鑄模的壽命和雜亂程度將提出越來越高的要求。
